I want to tell you how impressed I have been with your service department. I have been bringing my mowers/power equipment here for 5 years and have always been very happy with the service, cost, and professionalism of your service staff... from Roger on down to the technicians.

Recently, Doug and Mark and Bruce saved me $400.00. A Honda dealer in St. Louis told me my push mower had a blown engine... and that I might as well throw it away and get a new one! I brought it out here and your guys (Doug, Mark, and Bruce) correctly diagnosed a worn belt in the transmission and fixed it within a hour or so. It has run fine since. That correct diagnosis and a $16.00 belt made a big difference that week for me.

Last night I went to _____ ______ for some more garden stuff... won't do that again. I have been spoiled by Hillermann's. Seriously... there was absolutely NOBODY there to help me at all. I was totally lost on what exactly I was looking for... actually knew what I wanted...but it was rare...and they just looked at me like I was dumb and had no time for me. I ended up leaving. It was totally the opposite of what I experienced at Hillermann's. I had 2 people there working with me...and really helping me out. They had people everywhere... _____ ______ had nobody nowhere!!!!

I am very serious about this... I will continue to drive 35 mins. just to go to Hillermann's... which I will need to do in the next week or so.

I recently had my Lazer Z at Hillermann's in Washington, MO. ,where it was purchased, for an annual look over / proactive service.

I had been having issues when the key was turned on it wasn't allowing the fuel pump to kick in net result it wouldn't start, also I had experienced some unusual noise coming from the deck and sure thought it was coming from a deck spindle ?

Mark @ Hillermann's provided the diagnostic service and determined the ignition problem was cause by a faulty relay near the computer module and the deck noise was coming from a bearing somewhere on the mover drive belt not a spindle.

This is my third Exmark and my best to date regarding power and cutting abilities and it's utilized for home applications only, no commercial work. Mark was aware of just that and knew how I took care of my equipment and went to bat by contacting you to see if these problems could be covered by Exmark, even though my warranty had expired.

I want to sincerely thank you for watching out for the little guy and taking care of these issues, it was a true gesture of good faith and goes without saying supporting the fact that "Exmark takes good care of their customers".

Sandy, if you would please see that a copy of this letter gets put in Mark's personnel file as he is an asset to your organization and truly went above and beyond to take care of this long time Hillermann customer and it's truly appreciated !

I am writing to express my gratitude and thanks for a job well done on the "Pooless Pond" project completed today at my home. It is beautiful and adds so much warmth and charm to my residence. It's a little piece of heaven in our back yard.

Further, your craftsmen were very courteous and professional with an eye for detail that made this renovation more than we could possibly imagine. Every facet was completed to our complete satisfaction. The weather did cause severe setbacks early on, but your workers overcame what could have been disastrous to the final aesthetics.

My thanks to the landscape department and Rick for all his help in making our back yard picture perfect and a area to be proud of. We will definitely use Hillermann's for any projects in the future.

I would recommend Hillermann Nursery to anyone that is considering having landscaping performed at his or her home or business.

Just wanted to pass along the thanks of my 2nd grade class for the tree planting show today. We took time to hang our heads out the window and watch (and ask questions!). The two men who planted were so patient. Having an audience could have been an irritation, and I want to compliment them for being so patient and nice to the students, explaining the steps they took and answering our questions.

I'm writing to thank you for the service and quality of workmanship of the funeral arrangements you provided to me and my family. We referred by Oltmann Funeral Home in Union- mainly because you were open on Sunday. The woman (Gail) who helped my husband and me was so helpful and understanding. I feel like it was a last minute request coming in Sunday afternoon for arrangements needed for the following afternoon. She provided us with a quiet area to look over arrangement books and gave us ample time to decide. She then listened as we described what we were looking for- colors and types of flowers. She made us feel important and put us to ease.

I cannot praise the arrangements enough-they received many compliments. They were simply beautiful-much more beautiful than I thought they would be-they were exactly what I wanted. One was taken to the grave site - the other, a grapevine wreath with glass bead clusters and wine colored flowers, is hanging proudly on a door in my home. My intention is to replace the real flowers with artificial, but real flowers are still so beautiful that I don't want to take it apart just yet.

Thank you so much for the service you provided. Although the original recommendation was based on your hours of operation, my personal recommendation is based on quality of service. It's reassuring to know that I now have a local florist/ nursery that I can call, because I'm not local.

Dear Sandi, I am writing to you today to recognize one of your employees for outstanding customer service. That employee is Bruce in the equipment area.

I recently had a problem with my Wheel Horse garden tractor. During my initial conversation with a different employee in the service area, I was “put off.” Somewhat frustrated, I drove over to your store where I was cheerfully greeted by Bruce. He gave my concern immediate attention. Within an hour, he had come to my house and brought me a loaner mower to get my grass cut.

After some contemplation, I decided to do some checking on a new mower to replace my Wheel Horse tractor. I visited your store the following day and was again cheerfully greeted by Bruce. He spent as much time as I needed showing me the various models and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. His knowledge of the various models was truly impressive.

I ended up purchasing a $5000.00 Toro zero turn radius mower. I want you to know that you should attribute my purchase to Bruce. As I said, I wasn't all that pleased with how I was treated initially when I called about the problem with my tractor. Bruce turned the potential loss of a customer into the sale of a new, somewhat expensive, product.

Too often in this hurried world, we only take time to offer criticism. I wanted to take the time to do the opposite and let you know that I feel you have a valuable employee in Bruce.

I hope you will also take some time and personally let Bruce know that you appreciate his excellent customer service and his dedication to your company.

Good morning. I would like to send a compliment your way regarding one of your employees. I recently contracted your business to grade, seed, fertilize, and straw part of my yard after some recent construction. The young man sent to do the work (on a rather chilly day) was very personable and courteous, showed great pride in doing the job well, answered all of my questions about watering and mowing, and left the yard in great condition. I am sorry I don't remember the young man's name (Tim), but never the less, I am grateful for the care he took in working on my yard. The best part is after days of watering the area, and after the rain on Monday and Tuesday, I am finally seeing GREEN in that part of the yard!!!! Thanks for your service!
