Part- Time Cashier

Must be dependable and able to learn the computer POS system. Weekends are a must.

Landscape Designer

3-5 years minimum experience. Must be able work with clients to determine their needs. Must be able to read blueprints as well as create them in 2-D renderings or CAD. Must have knowledge of hardscape product and installation techniques. Must have regional plant knowledge. Must posses leadership skills for directing multiple 2-3 man crews simultaneously as well as working with clients to ensure a professional, finished project. Must have knowledge in landscape layout for functionality as well as aesthetics. Must be able to work a flexible schedule during periods of increased customer volume, manage time properly, keep detailed records, and be professional in appearance. Should have a basic understanding of exterior lighting, water features, irrigation and outdoor living spaces. Pay will commensurate with experience.

Landscape Installers/Crew Leaders

Full time position. Must be 18 or older, and posses a valid Missouri driver's license and able to obtain a chauffeur's license. Able to work outside for extended periods of time in hot or cold weather. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout a shift. Must understand the importance of quality workmanship. Must be able to work directly with Landscape Foreman as well as Landscape Designers in implementing plans and blueprints for commercial and residential projects. Crew Leaders must be able to provide leadership for 1-5 laborers at a given time. Must be able to operate several types of landscape related equipment. Must be knowledgeable in most current landscape practices. Experience preferred for Landscape Laborers. 3-5 Years experience preferred for Landscape Crew Leaders. Must be dependable.

Wages will be based on experience, benefits included after probation period including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid vacation sick days and holiday pay.

Irrigation Technician

    Involves using power equipment and hand tools to install, maintain and repair irrigation systems and related components, and checking systems for proper operation and timing. Includes seasonal maintenance.
    Must have knowledge of tools, equipment, and techniques of irrigation systems, including the ability to read blueprints. Good math skills essential. Must be able to work outside for extended periods of time in hot or cold weather, and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
    Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, two years of irrigation installation and maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license.
